Refund policy
Returns / Exchanges – Custom Orders
Items made to order cannot be refunded, credited, or exchanged.
This applies to any personalized item or any item that has been altered from the original jewelry specifications shown on the website.
Since all rings are specially made upon request and according to the requested size, exchanges, refunds, or store credits are not available.
Returns / Exchanges – Online Purchases

An order may be canceled within 48 hours from the time of order confirmation. If no cancellation notice is received within 48 hours, production will begin and the return policy will apply.

Items ordered in a specific size or with special requests (stone color, length, etc.) cannot be returned or exchanged.

A refund will be issued only if the item is returned in its original packaging, in perfect, unused condition.
For items shipped from stock, a refund may be requested within 14 business days from the date of receipt, in accordance with the Consumer Protection Law and subject to a 5% cancellation fee.

For jewelry priced above 3,000 ILS – a monetary refund is not permitted by law. However, an exchange or store credit for use in the shop or website will be offered.

If exchanging an item purchased with a discount or coupon, the discount will not apply to the replacement item.

If there is a price difference and the customer needs to pay extra, promotional or coupon discounts will not be honored.

If the price difference is in favor of the customer, the balance will be issued as a gift card.
Returns / Exchanges – Studio Purchase (Tavor Street, Pardes Hanna)

A refund may be requested within 2 business days from the date of purchase, provided the item was purchased from stock and not custom-made (size, length, or any modification), and returned in its original packaging, in perfect, unused condition.

For jewelry priced above 3,000 ILS – a monetary refund is not permitted by law. However, an exchange or store credit for use in the shop or website will be offered.

Refunds are subject to the Consumer Protection Law and a 5% cancellation fee.
Exchanges
Items may be exchanged or returned for store credit (for use in the shop or website) within 14 business days from the date of receipt, provided they are returned in original packaging, in perfect, unused condition.

Gift Cards and Store Credit
When purchasing with store vouchers, gift cards, or store credit, exchanges or store credit (for use in the shop or website) will be allowed in accordance with the return policy.
Monetary refunds are not available.
Promotions and Discounts
Sivan Sova Jewelry reserves the right to change promotions and discounts according to inventory levels and demand, at its sole discretion, including before the stated end date of a limited-time promotion.
Promotions do not apply to custom-designed jewelry.
