Payments

We accept all major credit cards and PayPal payments.

Order Processing Times

  • Each item is carefully handcrafted with full attention to every detail. Production time is 14–30 business days.

  • For in-store pickup, we will call or send you a message as soon as your order is ready.

  • Items sent by courier are expected to arrive within an additional 5 business days. You will receive a notification once your package is on its way to you.

Shipping (Israel)

  • Nationwide home delivery by courier is free for purchases over 850 ILS. Estimated delivery time: up to 5 business days.

  • For orders under 850 ILS, shipping costs 50 ILS.

Shipping time (up to 5 business days) is not included in the production time.

International Shipping

International shipping is available at a flat rate of $60.
We offer free international shipping on orders over $650.

Estimated delivery time: 5–10 business days.

You will receive an email with a tracking number so you can monitor your shipment online.

Customs & Taxes

Products shipped outside of Israel may be subject to customs duties and local taxes according to local regulations.

The recipient is responsible for all required customs duties and import taxes.

Any tax, fee, or additional charge required for the release of the package from customs must be paid in full by the recipient. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount, and therefore we are unable to advise or assist with these procedures.
