Availability & Preparation Times
Jewelry that is in stock and ready to ship will be dispatched within 2–3 business days.
If the jewelry you ordered is not immediately available in stock, or if you ordered a custom-made piece, preparation time ranges between 14–28 business days.

Free express shipping on purchases over $650
or $50 for orders below this amount.
Delivery time: up to 5 business days nationwide (delays may
occur during holidays).
Free self-pickup is available from our studio in Pardes Hanna,
Israel.
Warranty
One-year warranty on all jewelry and stone settings.
The warranty is valid only if the jewelry has been reasonably maintained and repaired exclusively at our store.
The warranty does not cover stretching, scratches, impact damage, or any damage caused by unreasonable use.
Complimentary jewelry cleaning and renewal service is available with no time limitation.
Exchanges & Returns
Jewelry may be exchanged within 14 days of receipt,
provided it is returned in its original packaging and has not
been worn or used.
We will be happy to offer you a different piece in exchange or
store credit for future use.
A monetary refund will be issued within 14 days from the
date the jewelry is received, minus a cancellation fee of up to
5% of the transaction amount .
This policy does not apply to custom-made jewelry or items
not held in stock that were specially ordered by size, such as
rings or special request (stone color, length, etc.).
